ICBASSINA is the ideal machine for coating hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, dried fruit with chocolate and gianduia (soft hazelnut chocolate).
Featuring a solid structure and a steel tank (with a processing capacity from 3 kg, 8 kg, 20Kg), ICBASSINA allows you to quickly get perfect pralines. On request it is available fitted with the air blower to speed up the process or with the copper tank and the gas burner. ICBASSINA can be combined with Spraychoc, ideal machine to directly spray the chocolate into the coating pan.
